CRANE LOAD TESTING

Crane Care has the capability to load test any crane or hoist. From Port cranes to Stage hoists, we have carried out load tests on all types of equipment.

Load tests are typically carried out when major assessments, repairs or new installations are made. We also carry out annual load testing and record all results on your service report.

Once load testing is carried out we can determine if your data logger requires calibrating. If your hoists is equipped with a slipping clutch we can adjust it to suit

10 YEAR CRANE INSPECTION

KEEPING YOU COMPLIANT WITH AS1418

Crane Care follows the criteria to stay compliant with the Australian Standards 1418. These standards have been in place since 2002, and we have been dedicated to keeping up with these regulations ever since. AS 1418 deals with the General Requirements for Cranes, Hoists, and Winches.

The AS 1418 requirements include, but are not limited to the following rules:

Any routine maintenance service cannot exceed three (3) monthly intervals.

At the beginning of each working shift, a visual inspection must be done. Equipment must be inspected before it is operated. A log book will be kept of each inspection
